How is the Pro License plan different from the Collaboration and All-In-One plans?
The biggest difference is how you can collaborate with others.
The free personal plan is designed for individual use, but allows up to 5 unique guests. These are friends, family, and others you can invite to collaborate with you privately on any page. You can also share a page publicly and enable commenting or editing access. In the Share menu at the top right, activate “Share on the web” then “Allow editing”. Any Notion user with the link will be able to edit your page.
With the License Pro plan, you can invite an unlimited number of guests for private collaboration. For example, if you run your own business, you can invite all your clients to review your work.
With the team plan, you can add members to your workspace so you can all share and work on the same content. It also comes with more permission and admin controls so you and your teammates can work together securely. See the plan comparison table for more details.
What happens when I exceed the account limit of my Pro License plan?
Upgrade to the Pro License plan for unlimited guests, or the Team plan if you automatically collaborate with the same group of people. You can also view and delete inactive guests in Settings & Members.
How can my team try Talent Digital independently?
We want to allow you to take a tour of Notion with multiple members before you start paying. Here's how:
– Create a new Notion workspace and select Team as the type when prompted.
– You will be signed up for a free trial of the team plan which will give you access to the features of the team plan with a content limit of 1000 blocks. When you reach this limit, you can upgrade.
What happens when I exceed the block storage limit on my Team trial?
You can still read, edit, and organize existing content blocks as usual, but you won't be able to add new content blocks.
However, you can delete existing content blocks to free up your storage space.
Can I test Talent Digital without obligation?
Absolutely! Notion is free to use indefinitely.
The personal plan is completely free for individual use. The team plan has a free trial with a 1000 block limit, more than enough to try out Notion with your team before upgrading.
What happens if I have no more credit?
If you are out of credit, your account will be debited via the payment method you selected.
What advanced features do the Collaboration & All-in-one plans offer?
If you have a free team trial, you can set the level of access on each page to "Full Access", "Can View", or "Can Comment". This dictates how other users can interact with this page. "Full Access" means someone can edit, comment on, and share the page with others.
On paid Team and Enterprise plans, you have the option to grant "Can Edit" access to other users. This gives someone the ability to edit and comment on this page, but not share it with others. This is especially useful if you don't want your content leaking outside of your team.

What additional tools come with the Collaboration and All-in-One plans?
During a Team free trial, each member of your workspace is an admin. This means you can all adjust team settings and invite others to the workspace.
If you want only a few people to have admin capabilities, we recommend upgrading to the full team plan. It comes with tools that allow you to make only selected admins while everyone else is a member. Members cannot change billing information or security options, and they cannot add other members to the workspace.
How are prices calculated for the Collaboration plan?
If you upgrade your workspace to License Pro, you will be charged a fixed fee (5 $ per month or 48 $ per year).
Guests are free, but they can only be added to one page at a time.
How are prices calculated for the All-in-One plan?
If you upgrade your workspace to the team plan, you will be charged a fee per member (10 $ per month or 96 $ per year). For example, if you pay per month and you have 5 members, you will be charged 50 $ each month.
Guests are free, but they can only access the individual pages to which they are invited. In other words, guests won't be able to see all team pages under the "Workspace" section in the left sidebar.
If you upgrade your workspace to License Pro, you will be charged a fixed fee (5 $ per month or 48 $ per year).

Do you have monthly and annual billing options?
Yes! We offer monthly and annual billing options. The annual billing option is always cheaper (about 20 TP3T discount). For example, the team plan is 10 $ per member per month when you choose the monthly option, but 8 $ per member per month if you choose to pay annually.
How does adding and removing team members work?
Whether you are on a monthly or annual billing schedule, your account may be billed on a monthly basis if you make these types of changes. If you have added members, your account will be charged a prorated amount based on the percentage of the billing cycle remaining at the time each member was added. If you have deleted members, your account will be credited in the same way.
What happens when I change plans?
Upgrading or downgrading your plan works the same way as adding and removing members. Your account will be debited or credited based on the percentage of the billing cycle remaining at the time the plan was changed.
How do I cancel my offer package?
Your Notion subscription, annual or monthly, will automatically renew until you cancel it.
